Overview
Eurolinx Poker and Casino is owned by Eurolinx International NV, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles and is run on the MicroGaming network. It boasts of having one of the highly ranked customer service professionals in the field. Players will find that, aside from decent customer service, it also offers fast payouts, no deposit fees, and very enticing promotion packages. Eurolinx has a plethora of options for both new and seasoned poker players.
Software
Eurolinx, powered by Microgaming's software, has a couple of nice features, such as mini-view for multi-table plays, optional oversized chat box while game is ongoing, and it also counts raked hands and displays them in lobby. However, a large number of bugs have also hampered its smooth operation; for instance, statistics don't indicate how many hands one has played; the "waiting" does not function when players are already seated at a table; the lobby updates sluggishly; betting options are in clumsy order and showdown on the river after all players have checked works incorrectly. Clearly, Eurolinx needs to get together with Microgaming in order to iron out kinks and tweak functions for a more pleasant online experience for its players.
Promotions and Bonuses
Eurolinx is offering exclusive bonuses of up to $1,000, and $250 that clears at a 13x rate. The benefit of the $250 is that that bonus is matched at 200% as opposed to the $1000 which is 100%. These bonuses are moderately difficult to moderately easy to clear. Eurolinx offers email and live chat support, with accurate and timely responses to player queries.
